Email delivery is subject to factors outside our control, including recipient email server filtering rules, spam classification by third-party providers, and device connectivity for SMS. We are not liable for consequences arising from non-delivery of invitations.

6. Guest RSVP Disclaimer

Inviterio facilitates the collection of RSVP responses but is not responsible for guests' attendance decisions, the accuracy of information guests provide during RSVP, guests' ability to access their magic links, or any consequences arising from inaccurate headcount estimates based on RSVP data. Event hosts are responsible for verifying guest information and making their own arrangements with venues and vendors based on RSVP data.
