Free gives every account a couple of event publications a year to start. Plus and Pro are one-time purchases that each include one or more further publications and unlock their plan's features on your workspace permanently. Business is a subscription with unlimited publications for teams that run events regularly.
Your event data is never deleted, and events you've already published stay published and fully editable either way. Plus and Pro are one-time purchases with nothing to "downgrade" from — a plan feature (like the budget tracker) simply stays on your workspace unless it's reversed by a refund. If you cancel Business, you keep full access until the end of your billing period, then the workspace moves to Free: existing events are untouched, but publishing a new one needs an event credit and Business-only features switch off.
Plus and Pro are one-time purchases delivered immediately, so they're non-refundable, except for billing errors such as a duplicate charge. For the Business subscription, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your billing period. If you cancel within 7 days of subscribing or of a renewal charge, and haven't published an event or sent anything in that period, you get a full refund of that charge. Yes. Share your unique referral link from Account → Referrals. The friend you refer gets a signup bonus and a discount on their first purchase right away. You earn a reward as your referrals convert to a paying plan — a free Plus voucher at 3 successful referrals and a free Pro voucher at 5. Check the referrals page for the current terms.
