Both of us were baptised in this cathedral and neither of us expected to be married in it. Father Whelan, who has known Maria since she was eight, will celebrate the Mass. The reception follows at the Regency, a fifteen-minute drive.

Coaches run from the cathedral to the Regency at 4:00 PM — you do not need to drive between the two. Cathedral parking is limited to fifteen spaces reserved for guests with mobility needs; everyone else, the town car park is four minutes on foot.
