Our Story

We have thrown a party in this garden every summer for nine years. This one has slightly better catering and a registrar. Everything else is the same: too many chairs borrowed from the church hall, Tom's uncle on the barbecue, and the good speaker balanced on the shed.

Park along the lane, not on the verge opposite — the farmer needs it. Taxis from Bakewell take fifteen minutes and must be booked ahead on a Saturday.
